In my opinion, the barrettes are beautiful, only they are a little big for my head and fine hair. I wish they were also available in a smaller or mini size.

I bought these to complete my look for Valentines, these do have several little notches on the back so it won't fall out of place. The barrettes are on the larger side so I plan to just have one that I will clip in the back for a half up half down look.

I felt like my hair was feeling blah, especially since I'm not going out. So this helps me feel fancy even when I'm in sweatpants and at home. I think this set looks good together or separately. You can wear it up or down to make it look really pretty. The locking feature is not the most secure but that could be because my hair is straight and slippery but it helps to put more hair in the clip. I have a lot of heart-shaped jewelry from Ettika so this helps to make my outfits more cohesive. I love heart-shaped motifs.
