Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday. We process domestic orders within 1-2 business days. Any order placed past 2pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that International orders over $150 typically take 2-5 business days to process before shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a link to track your order. Upon receiving the shipping notification, standard shipping within the US then takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Be sure to select a delivery method that will allow your item to be delivered in the time-frame you are looking for. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days of processing time in some cases such as the holiday season, promotions, or sales.

We've made shipping affordable to our customers across the globe by calculating flat rate shipping prices for domestic and international customers. We currently offer free standard shipping for orders over $75, and free 2 Day shipping on orders over $150 to US contiguous states including Washington D.C.
