Cancellation policy

At Ettika, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new pieces without delay.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before 2:00 PM PST on the same day the order was placed.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team at orders@ettika.com with your order number.

After 2:00 PM PST, your order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may follow our return process once your order has been delivered.
