    When can I reach someone regarding my order?
    Ettika is available over the phone from 9 am – 5 pm PST Monday-Friday. You may also email us with any questions you may have: info@ettika.com.

    Can a bracelet or necklace be customized into a different size?
    Yes, we are able to accommodate some customizations. Please email info@ettika.com or call the office (213-817-5510) with your request and we will try our best to fulfill your modifications. You may also make a request in the "Customer Notes" section of your order. Additional charges may apply and not all items are customizable. Standard bracelets fit a 6.5-7.25 inch wrist. Most items have a 1" extension chain to allow room for adjustment.

    How can I find a store that carries Ettika in my area?
    Ettika Jewelry is sold to many retailers across the world. To ensure you receive up to date information regarding retailers that are currently carrying the line please contact us either via email, phone or by filling out our "contact form." We will be happy to assist in finding the closest store nearest you.

    PLACING AN ORDER:

    How long until I receive my order?
    As all of our merchandise is hand made and made to order, please allow 3-5 days prior to shipment. If you need an expedited order please indicate so in the "Customer Notes" section of your order. Also, select a delivery method that will allow your item to be delivered in a fast and timely manner.

    What are my shipping options and charges?
    We offer shipments through UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS). You may select your shipping method at time of check out. We ship Worldwide. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to see your shipping rate.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, Ettika ships worldwide. 

    How are shipping charges calculated?
    Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All items are shipped from our Los Angeles, California Studio.

    Will I be charged sales tax?
    Ettika Jewelry is based in Los Angeles, California. All shipments with a California address will be charged a sales tax onto your total order.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

    Will you ship to a different address than the one that appears on my credit card?
    Yes, you have the option to select "Ship to a Different Address." This will allow you to ship to friends and family. Please remember if you are shipping to another address to update your information for your next purchase as the system will remember your last shipping destination.

    Do all ordered items online come with an Ettika Pouch?
    All Ettika items come delivered in our personal Ettika pouch, we do not personally gift wrap any items that are purchased online.

    If I haven't received my shipment, who do I contact?
    Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number or can not find your tracking number please contact us by filling out the "Contact Us" form and we will assist you in a timely manner. Or please call 213-817-5510 and we will be able to provide you with the information regarding your order.

    How can I use my rewards points towards a purchase?
    Ettika automatically awards you points through our Rewards Program. You can earn points for things such as sharing a link to our website on your social media, making purchases, or simply just signing up for an Ettika account. You can always access your reward points by clicking on the right hand side of our website on the "Reward Program" tab (make sure you're logged in to your account to view your points!)

    If you'd like to use your accrued points towards a purchase, just click "redeem points" when you're about to check out! For any questions regarding your rewards points, please e-mail orders@ettika.com.

    PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES

    What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns or issue refunds since all of our merchandise you see online is hand made and made to order. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you an exchange for a different item of your choice or we can issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the item.
