Use a measuring tape to measure around the area where you want the belt to sit (waist or hips). Match that number to the middle hole measurement above — the belt will offer room to tighten or loosen by about 2".

Cut a strip of paper or use a non-stretchy string long enough to wrap around your finger.
Wrap it around the base of your finger where you’d wear the ring. Mark the point where it overlaps.
