THE AGREEMENT: This Advocate Agreement is provided by Ettika. The Agreement is a legal document between you and Ettika that describes the affiliate relationship we are entering into. Please ensure you read and understand the entirety of these conditions, because each of the terms of this Agreement are important to our working relationship. By submitting an application to our Advocate Program, you warrant that you have read and reviewed this Agreement.

AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to join our Advocate Program. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally agree to this Agreement. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age.

PROGRAM SIGN-UP: In order to sign up for our Advocate Program, you will first be asked to submit an Advocate Application to join. The Advocate Application may be found HERE.

Submitting an Advocate Application does not guarantee inclusion in the Advocate Program. We evaluate each and every application and are the sole and exclusive decision-makers on Advocate acceptance. If we choose not to allow your inclusion in the Advocate Program, we will attempt to notify you in a reasonable manner. If you do not hear from us within a reasonable time frame, please consider your application rejected. We are not obligated to provide you any explanation for your rejection, but please be advised we may reject applicants for any reason or manner, including but not limited to a website or social media page which violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

If your Advocate Application is rejected, you may not reapply. If your Advocate Application is accepted, each of the terms and conditions in this Agreement applies to your participation. We may also ask for additional information to complete your Advocate Application or for you to undertake additional steps to ensure eligibility in the Advocate Program.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY: This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between you and us. You are free to work with similar Advocate program providers in any category. This agreement imposes no restrictions on us to work with any individual or company we may choose.

SALES: We will provide you with a specific link as well as a unique coupon code (you are able to change or customize your link and code after it has been generated for you). The Sales Link will be keyed to your identity and will send online users to the Company's website. 

Each time a user clicks through the Link or uses your unique coupon and completes the sale of the product or service you will be eligible to receive the following percentage of the sale: 10% (ten percent).

COUPON CODE RESTRICTIONS: While you may post your unique coupon code on your blog, website, social media, or send to your friends/family- we restrict the use of posting your code to mass coupon sites. If we find your code on a mass coupon site during one of our weekly scans, we will contact you and either re issue you a new code or remove you from the team.

Your coupons are also limited with the same restrictions as all of our coupon codes on Ettika.com.  Ettika Coupons cannot be combined or applied to past orders previously purchased. Coupons do not cover any applicable shipping or state tax charges.

PAYOUT INFORMATION: Payouts will be given out every aprox. 30 days. Your payouts will take into account any returns/exchanges that anyone who has used your code/link has performed as well. You can check your Advocate Dashboard to see your upcoming payouts. We exclusively use Paypal to send payments so you will need a PayPal account upon sign up to our program.

TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION: Ettika reserves the right to terminate this partnership at any time.
